By submitting your application form and the information contained in the form [“the Application”] via this website’s on-line safe referral system [“SRS”] you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. The Application is to the best of your knowledge: true, accurate and complete.
2. The National Association of Child Contact Centres [the “NACCC”] is entitled to forward any information contained in your Application to the Supported Child Contact Centre [“SCCC”] that is deemed appropriate by the NACCC in its absolute discretion and you hereby consent to the disclosure of such information to the SCCC for the purposes of processing the Application.
3. The NACCC does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of any referrals made via the SRS as a result of the Application and is not responsible for and/or does not warrant the reasonableness, accuracy or likelihood of success of the Application.
4. The NACCC in its absolute discretion may decide to reject the Application before referring to any SCCC.
5. The grant of or entitlement to the use of SCCC facilities is in the sole discretion of the applicable SCCC and is not conditional upon any recommendation by the NACCC express or implied when submitting the Application to the SCCC.
6. All or any decisions made by the NACCC or any SCCC consequent upon the Application are final and not subject to challenge or review whether by way of a formal appeal or otherwise to the NACCC and/or the SCCC."
7. Subject to paragraph 6, neither the NACCC, the SCCC’s, nor any of their directors, agents or employees will be liable for losses arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or the Application. This is a comprehensive limitation and exclusion of liability that applies to all losses of any kind, including, without limitation, direct, indirect and consequential losses, and the following losses (whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise): loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of revenue or anticipated savings, whether arising under contract, statute, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
8. Nothing in the above terms excludes or limits any liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for fraud or any other matters that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
